Dr Alex Phan (Osteopath) is a young and energetic osteopath looking to help one person at a time. Alex always knew that he wanted to pursue a career in the health sector and has not looked back since becoming an Osteopath.
Growing up, Dr Alex Phan (Osteopath) went to high school in East Bentleigh and loved playing sports, staying active and had a strong passion to help others. Being back in the community where it all started, he is keen to use his osteopathic skills to help those suffering from pain and injuries.
Alex uses a variety of skills and techniques such as osteopathic manipulative techniques, soft tissue massage, dry needling, and many others in his consultations to get those with pain back to their everyday lives.
Alex enjoys treating a variety of conditions from neck pain, lower back pain, and knee pain but has a particular interest in sports related injuries.
Alex believes that aspects of physical, mental, and social health are all connected and play a vital role in the overall health of an individual. He also likes to highlight the importance of regular exercise to improve health.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys going to the gym and playing a variety of sports such as badminton and soccer, going snowboarding and having a good chat.
